With 230 permanent employees and over 220 freelancers, we have been supporting our customers for many years in the planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of building equipment and supplying solutions of high German quality for construction projects throughout Europe.

As a project manager (m/f/d), you will be jointly responsible for driving our construction projects forward and coordinating them, taking into account deadlines, desired quality standards, working environment and safety. You will lead a team of 10-15 employees and your day-to-day work will be characterized by responsibility and variety.

TLC is undergoing a strong growth process and Denmark is one of our strategic growth areas. With us, you will therefore have the opportunity to play a key role in major construction projects. For this and many other reasons, we are looking to strengthen our team at the Frankenthal site as soon as possible with a dedicated full-time project manager for insulation and fire protection.

What you can expect from us:

• You will assume overall technical and commercial responsibility for our projects and keep an eye on all processes.
• From planning to costing, you can design insulation and fire protection projects efficiently and with an eye to the future.
• In close coordination with clients, engineers and other parties involved, you will ensure a cooperative partnership.
• You coordinate the capacities of our fitters and subcontractors and ensure smooth processes.
• Through proactive monitoring, you ensure professional execution and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you bring with you:

• Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry and several years of experience in installation - especially of technical insulation, preferably sheet metal sheathing, ventilation and fire protection.
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in construction management and know what is important on the construction site.
• As an engineer, master craftsman or with a degree in supply engineering, you have the right professional foundation.
• Your strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness help you to manage projects with confidence.
• Initial management experience rounds off your profile and makes you a competent contact person for your team and our customers.
