Your Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle development of open-field PV and Agri-PV projects, from concept to construction readiness
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility analyses, and project risk assessments
• Manage budget, schedule, and quality control across all project phases
• Lead negotiations and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and technical experts across Europe
• Stay up to date with technological and regulatory developments in renewable energy
• Define, commission, and manage the work scope of external consultants

Your Profile

• University degree in Renewable Energy, Energy or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Urban or Landscape Planning, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of experience in PV and/or Agri-PV project development or acquisition
• Strong understanding of site selection, permitting, and approval processes
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and creative mindset
• Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel when required
• Experience with GIS and/or CAD tools is a plus
