Key Responsibilities

Become the operational heartbeat of People & Culture and Workplace — not just “providing HR services,” but shaping how our people thrive and grow. With the powerful team that you'll mentor, you will lead across the full employee lifecycle :

  • Make every touch point meaningful as you lead recruitment projects, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Be the culture champion for the business, build belonging, fun and purpose into every day.
  • Lead all learning and development initiatives - support the teams and business to grow.
  • Get under the skin of the business and drive employer branding.
  • Data & insights - use HR metrics and KPIs to drive smart, people-first decisions.
  • Challenge the Chief of Staff, be curious, develop new process and get creative with the People function.
To Be Successful
  • 4+ years in HR, L&D, or People Consulting, ideally in a fast-moving, international setup.
  • Broad HR know-how, from recruitment to cultural development.
  • Leadership potential - you’re ready to inspire, develop, and grow your team.
  • Strategic thinking meets hands‑on drive, turn your ideas into action.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A curious, data‑driven mindset and a genuine interest in DEIB, mental health & AI trends.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Familiarity with German labor law and basic payroll prep is a plus.
