About the Company
HUUS is a quality provider of ergonomic phone and meeting boxes, part of Ergotopia, a leading e‑commerce office furniture company, focused on reducing stress and increasing productivity in open offices and the new work environment.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end supply‑chain management: planning, procurement, inventory, shipping, and delivery.
- Supplier and production partner management based on data‑driven planning, ensuring product availability.
- Integration of new products into the supply chain, including BOM creation and smooth transition to series production.
- ERP and master data maintenance (e.g. Xentral) to provide reliable planning data and reports.
- Interface management and communication with product development, procurement, logistics, finance, and external partners; establishing strategic supplier relationships and clear processes.
- Reporting & data analysis using ERP and supply‑chain data to create forecasts, reports and ad‑hoc analyses for data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business sciences, logistics, supply‑chain management or comparable qualification.
- Significant experience in supply‑chain management, procurement or logistics, ideally in a production environment; start‑up background is a plus.
- Meticulousness and analytical‑logical thinking, able to develop smart approaches.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, strategic planning and foresight; excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xentral) and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent in German (verhandlungssicher) and English; willingness to travel and a driving licence.
