Operations Coordinator - Meridian Health Services

Location: Howard and Clinton Counties, Indiana. Full‑time day position. Up to 10% travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Practice Manager in marketing and promoting program services to potential referral sources; maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
  • Obtain data and prepare recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients.
  • Participate in market research to determine area and client needs.
  • Assist in evaluating effectiveness of services and coordinate program evaluation.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively with staff, clients, and referral sources; treat all with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
  • Resolve concerns and problems regarding communication, trust, and respect.
  • Assign provider caseloads, complete staff performance evaluations, and address complaints.
  • Monitor and report staff compliance with productivity standards, CANS/ANSA completions, and timely accurate treatment plans.
  • Report MRO utilization; assist in monitoring and addressing scheduling, including no‑show rates.
  • Ensure compliance with the nineteen program requirements for Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Coordinate consumer compliance with scheduled medical services appointments.
  • Coordinate DMHA Behavioral and Primary Care Coordination (BPHC) process.
  • Complete all other essential administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets the company driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
