Then come and join our team as Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to adapt and execute the global Marketing Strategy for Specialty Laboratory Solutions (Hemostasis/Hematology) - Central Eastern Europe (CEE).

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany).

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position can be located at the following locations in Central Eastern Europe:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the Marketing strategy and plan in alignment with the CEE Head of Specialty Laboratory Solutions (SLS) Marketing to drive financial performance in the Hemostasis and Hematology business segment.
  • Take ownership in the respective product lines to determine the focus areas for the fiscal year: commercial KPIs, product launches, communication and events.
  • Define and execute strategies to expand market coverage in CRM and strengthen our company’s position in Hemostasis and Hematology diagnostics in CEE countries: identify growth opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, recommend actions to increase market share and profitability.
  • Update and educate all stakeholders on product line news relevant for CEE through presentations in regular SLS‑Update Calls and dedicated training to sales and product expert teams. Ensure the sales teams align commercial strategies with financial targets.
  • Act as the 1st and only point of contact for Global Marketing for guidance needed from countries, requests regarding business cases or product line development in CEE.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a scientific field.
  • Long years of experience managing a product line within the Laboratory Diagnostics field (mandatory).
  • Formal marketing training (certificate or diploma) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market and deep technical and/or scientific knowledge in the responsible product lines.
  • Significant experience in the Clinical Diagnostics Marketplace, marketing and communicating to customers.

Your attributes and skills:

  • Business fluent in English; any additional language spoken in CEE is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills across various levels and functions.
  • Experience in managing and leading without authority.
  • Open to global travel up to 30%.
