It offers both order book and on‑chain perpetuals, empowering traders and stakers with up to 1001x leverage, zero slippage, competitive fees, and the highest yield among perpetual trading platforms through majority‑stablecoin LP pools.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager for Europe will lead regional marketing efforts to grow awareness, adoption, and trading volume across key European markets. The role will develop localized strategies, manage regional KOLs and media partners, and execute integrated campaigns that connect the global DEX brand with the local trading community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Europe‑specific marketing strategies aligned with global DEX growth goals.
  • Identify country‑level opportunities (e.g., Germany, France, Turkey, UK, Spain, Italy) for user growth and brand positioning.
  • Plan and localize global campaigns (airdrop, trading competitions, product launches, referral programs) for the European audience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and BI teams to measure ROI and user conversion performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with regional influencers, trading communities, and crypto media.
  • Drive community activation and education through AMAs, online/offline meetups, and content collaborations.
  • Oversee translation and tone alignment for all marketing materials, ensuring local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Identify emerging narratives and topics in European DeFi and trading circles to shape PR and content angles.
  • Support participation in regional crypto events and conferences.
  • Develop co‑marketing partnerships with wallets, protocols, and data platforms popular in Europe.
  • Monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, engagement, and trading volume from Europe.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to the global marketing leadership team.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within crypto, fintech, or trading‑related industries.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystems, DEX operations, trading incentives, and user journeys.
  • Proven success in executing regional or multi‑market campaigns.
  • Existing network of European crypto influencers, media, or communities is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus).
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with BNB Chain, Ethereum L2s, or Solana ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with KOL management, community building, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Lark, Google Sheets, Dune, Nansen).
  • Prior experience leading DEX launches or trading campaigns is highly valued.
