We’re looking for a hands‑on, mid‑to‑senior marketing leader who can define how we present ourselves to partners, counterparties, talent, and the broader ecosystem.

This is not loud, promotional marketing.

This is product clarity, narrative discipline, clean brand expression, and selective visibility where it matters.

You will work across:

  • Product marketing for institutional liquidity, OTC solutions, and trading infrastructure
  • Brand strategy & positioning for a firm that has grown on performance, not publicity
  • Content & narrative creation that is clear, credible, and technically correct
  • Ecosystem & partnership communication across events, announcements, and selective PR
  • Creative direction in collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Cross‑functional influence across trading, BD, operations, and leadership

This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the chance to build a marketing function from the ground up — with real strategic impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Craft product narratives and value propositions across our liquidity and OTC offerings
  • Build our external identity across brand, content, visuals, and messaging
  • Drive content programs (thought leadership, updates, product materials)
  • Shape selective visibility across conferences, ecosystem events, and media
  • Manage and collaborate with designers, writers, and creative partners as needed
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all communication is accurate, credible, and aligned with the firm’s culture
  • Build and maintain a consistent, high‑quality external voice
Required
  • 4–10 years in product marketing, brand, communications, or growth
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, market‑making, SaaS, or similar high‑velocity environments
  • Ability to craft narrative from complex products and technical concepts
  • A hands‑on operator comfortable executing end‑to‑end
  • Strong writing, content, and messaging instincts
  • Comfortable working with a lean team in a high‑performance culture
Nice to Have
  • Experience in institutional crypto, HFT, or algorithmic trading
  • Experience with BD‑or ecosystem‑driven messaging
  • Previous work with low‑profile, high‑performance teams
