Qualifikationen

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Developing the company with strategic vision.
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with key account customers and partners.
  • Responsibility for market-driven agile product development.
  • Disciplinary management of development and customer service teams.
  • Optimization and further development of the structural and process organization.
  • Analysis and optimization of company key figures.
  • Responsibility for the profitability of the company.
  • Promoting a corporate culture that emphasizes innovation and excellence.
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Sound understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Experience in development and/or sales of SaaS products.
  • Several years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Confident and respectful demeanor.
  • Structured approach with clear goal achievement in mind.
  • Ideally experience in the mobility sector.
  • Willingness to work at least 3 office days per week in Hamburg.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
