At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Summary & Role Information:

We are looking for a proactive and quality-driven Knowledge Management Associate to support local delivery teams by ensuring consistent, secure, and high-quality documentation practices. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts, delivery managers, and the Sovereign Cloud Security team to uphold documentation standards, ensure adherence to workflow processes, and contribute to operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key enabler for the local delivery teams—helping them capture, structure, and maintain knowledge that supports efficient, secure, and consistent service delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Support Local Delivery Teams: Act as a point of contact for knowledge management within Sovereign Cloud Technology and Delivery, helping them structure and maintain accurate and usable documentation.
  • Ensure Documentation Quality: Review and refine content from technical experts to ensure clarity, consistency, completeness, and alignment with defined standards.
  • Align with Security Requirements: Collaborate with the Security Officer to ensure all documentation complies with applicable security policies and procedures.
  • Enforce Workflow Adherence: Ensure that documentation follows the established creation, review, and approval workflows to maintain process consistency and accountability.
  • Maintain Delivery Timelines: Monitor and coordinate documentation tasks to ensure timely completion in line with project and operational deadlines.
  • Promote Operational Excellence: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in knowledge practices and propose improvements to enhance delivery performance and consistency.
  • Support KM Tools and Processes: Guide teams in using KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) effectively and contribute to the optimization of those tools.
  • Foster Knowledge Sharing Culture: Encourage collaboration and best practice sharing across teams to support continuous improvement and knowledge reuse.

What you bring:

  • Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or process documentation—ideally in a service delivery or operations environment.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent editing and documentation review skills.
  • Ability to work closely with local delivery teams, technical experts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with common KM tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and Jira.

Good to have:

  • Experience working in a security-compliant or regulated environment.
  • Exposure to operational excellence, service delivery, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiar with Comala Document Management.
