A global clinical research leader is seeking a Key Account Manager in Germany to expand their cardioplegia market presence. This role involves driving customer journeys in hospitals, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategic access initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, and fluency in German, with a network of cardiac surgeons being a plus.
We are seeking a resilient, strategic, and self-driven Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in Germany to further expand our footprint in the Cardioplegia market through a client-dedicated role. You will be responsible for driving the customer journey experience in hospitals that undergo open-heart surgeries. Across your territory you will manage all customer activities, engaging with key stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare systems. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the adoption of a novel therapeutic approach in cardioplegia. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about advancing patient care and supporting the integration of innovative treatment options into routine clinical practice.
This is a field-based role; any other non-field days are in home office.
