As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow SELF Electronics’ market share in the DACH region.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions to customer and market needs.
  • Manage key customer projects from initial concept to implementation, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to position SELF Electronics as a premium lighting partner for professional applications.
  • Report regularly on performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management — ideally within lighting, electronics, architecture, or design-related sectors.
  • Experience working with clients in museum, art exhibition, or luxury retail projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market and an existing network in relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, fairs, and events.
