Overview

Main tasks :

  • Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tiers 1) in order to increase customers base
  • Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tiers 1) and deploy our new innovations to our existing customers
  • Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after-sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and if necessary in collaboration with the Global Account Manager in charge of the account at a global level
  • Develop the turnover on his commercial scope and achieve the objectives set

Secondary tasks :

  • Develop good relationship with the decision makers at the highest level
  • Participate in client events or trade shows
  • Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories
Responsibilities
  • Update regularly the CRM tools with opportunities and manage his / her customer and prospect base
  • Feed back information about competitors to his / her manager and the marketing department
Qualifications
  • Professional Experiences :
  • Successful experience of min 4-5 years in a similar position and really performance oriented
  • The candidate must have a sales background in selling technical complex hardware and software solutions with services in BtoB with long sales cycle
  • Languages :
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Another language is a plus
  • Required qualifications :
  • Excellent Relations skills ranging from store level to company C-level.
  • Ability to identify solution value for the individual customers and transforming this into additional sales.
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
  • Possess ability to prioritization of the strategic tasks from customer and SES perspective.
