Purpose of Position

Awin is seeking a results-driven New Business Executive to drive growth through strategic partnerships with OPM’s and Digital Marketing Agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating win–win partnerships that deliver measurable results for both agencies and their clients.

As an Agency New Business Executive, you will identify, engage, and close new opportunities, working closely with agency stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with our solutions. Your efforts will directly fuel revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Tasks
  • Build and Nurture Relationships with agency decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.
  • Develop Strategic Growth Plans tailored to each agency partner, driving adoption of our services for their client portfolio.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create compelling proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Track Market Trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Represent the Brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and agency partner meetings.
  • Maintain Accurate Sales Data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive and oversee the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff.
Skills & Expertise

To be successful you will need to meet the below requirements:

  • Affiliate marketing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to generate new business and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of the agency ecosystem and the role agencies play in client acquisition and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. (Very strong German skills required.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
