  • Provide technical assistance to employees or customers regarding Hardware, Software and Network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via Phone, E-Mail, Chat or in Person.
  • Install, configure and maintain Computer Systems, Software, Printers and other IT Equipment.
  • Perform System Updates, Patches and Upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor IT Systems to identify potential issues.
  • Document issues and solutions in Ticketing Systems.
  • Set up workstations for new employees.
  • Complete required security documentation.
  • Ensure IT security compliance.

  • Document issues and solutions in Ticketing Systems.
  • Set up workstations for new employees (Hardware, Software, Accounts).
  • Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
  • Ensure IT security compliance such as applying security policies and monitoring for risks.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in help desk or technical support is preferred.
Skills & Tools
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of remote support tools (TeamViewer, RDP, AnyDesk).
Location & Travel

Must be located in Frankfurt or nearby and be able to travel to various locations (Berlin, Munich).
