Inside Sales Account Manager – Telecom Software (OSS Focus)

Polystar, Elisa Industriq company, is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Account Manager to help us grow in a fast‑evolving market. This is a key role for someone who thrives on building trust with technical decision‑makers and driving meaningful business outcomes.


What you’ll do:


  • Expand and nurture relationships with small and mid‑sized telecom operators across Europe

  • Understand customer pain points and, together with solution experts, use our OSS products to solve them

  • Drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects: hund, land, expand

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer experience


What we’re looking for:


  • Proven success in telecom software sales, ideally with OSS experience

  • Solid understanding of mobile networks and OSS/BSS concepts

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus

  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a hybrid environment

  • Self‑driven, tech‑savvy, and confident in complex sales interactions

  • Mid to late career professionals preferred: this role requires credibility with senior technical stakeholders

  • Some travel is required, approximately 10‑20 days a year

  • Play a key role in shaping inside sales for a leading software provider

  • Focus on European operators while gaining exposure to global prospects

  • Join a supportive, collaborative team with a mix of local and global presence
