Jobbeschreibung

Resposibility:

1. According to customer’s request, 7*24or5*8 on-site duty in data center
2. According to the service SLA, respond to work orders, including temporary situation
3. Ability to track, analyze, review the causes of events, accumulate and summarize experiences
4. Familiar with work system,complet all orders with SOP independently,assist network engineers and server experts in troubleshooting and solve problems
5. Be familiar with the project management,can control risks, progress and project acceptance

Skill requirements:

1. College degree or equivalent above,Computer-related major
2. Basic knowledge of IDC managent
3. Excellent managment capacity
4. Local language + English/ Chinese

Working hour:

5*7 means a 5-day, 7-hour work week.

7*24 means 24-hour shifts, approximately 12 hours per day, totaling about 144 hours (12 days) per month, with approximately 5-6 night shifts.
