Aufgaben

• Support the project in achieving HSE targets and performance standards.

• Promote and drive a positive safety culture in line with the project’s 'Zero Harm' objectives.
• Review and evaluate contractor HSE documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks.
• Participate in safety meetings and daily briefings.
• Support the development and delivery of site safety training.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance and KPIs.
• Assist in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Provide support for emergency response planning and execution.
• Deputise for the HSE Lead when required.

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to join the construction team for a major plastics recycling plant development in Wesseling, Germany. This role will ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across all site activities, supporting safe construction, fabrication, and pre‑commissioning phases. The successful candidate will lead by example, working closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with local regulations and project HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all HSE standards, procedures, and legal requirements across the project.
• Support the project in achieving HSE targets and performance standards.
