What you will do

• Support managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
• Support with Europe-wide annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support with recruiting process and support of new employees until successful integration
• Contract and reference letter management, maintenance of personnel files and HR systems
• Manage events and health initiatives

What we are looking for

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/training (or comparable professional experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in a similar role.
• Ability to act as a trusted sparring partner for management.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Hands‑on mentality with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and German (Korean language skills are a plus).
• Enjoyment of working in an international and diverse environment.
