Our global People & Culture (HR) team is a dynamic and integral part of the organization, responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's global objectives. This team plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that Allianz attracts, retains, and develops top talent across its global operations.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Consultant to support our People and Culture team in Munich. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, being capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric HR service to all employees in Germany.
You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and act as a liaison between HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and external service providers (where appropriate).
