  • Advise and support managers and employees at the site.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Work with the works council.
  • Focus on personnel development and training.
  • Participate in HR reporting and integration management.

As an HR Business Partner, you support the HR Manager in implementing all HR-related goals and initiatives. You are well-acquainted with all internal HR processes and tasks and act as a versatile team member within the department.

In your role, you independently manage your own HR perimeter in Bad Rappenau, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders, provide guidance on HR topics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices.

Responsibilities
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees at the site.
  • Full ownership of employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, HR administration and documentation, conduction employee meetings and discussions, offboarding)
  • Working with works council
  • Personnel development, training, and succession planning
  • Participation in HR Reporting.
  • Company integration management (BEM)

  • Studies (Dipl. / Master) in business administration or comparable
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist role in the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, works constitution and social security law
  • Fluent in German and English is a must have
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
