Overview
We are currently looking for our client based in southern Luxembourg for a long-term temporary assignment, a :
HR Administration Specialist (m / f)
French / English
Responsibilities
- Personnel administration (employment contracts and amendments, certificates, absences, etc.);
- Updating employee data in all HR systems;
- Acting as a specialist in labor and tax law, immigration, internal rules, and answering questions from employees or employers ;
- Communicating with Luxembourg authorities (social security, CNS, Adem, CAE, etc.) ;
- Reviewing and adapting existing policies to new requirements and ensuring communication with the relevant stakeholders (employees, employers) ;
- Participating in human resources transformation projects ;
- Proposing continuous improvement ideas to make the process more effective and efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources ;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources administration in the industrial sector ;
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken ;
- Solid knowledge of tax, labor and social security laws for Luxembourg and neighboring countries, as well as human resources policies and procedures ;
- Good command of Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel ;
- Solid knowledge or proven experience with SAP software ;
- Ability to work in a team ;
- Discretion, organization, rigor, communication skills ;
- Reliability, proactivity, open-mindedness
