Our client is an innovative SaaS company operating at the intersection of technology and legal services. With a strong presence in the DACH region, they are now seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to drive growth, shape the commercial strategy, and further strengthen their sales organization.
Your Tasks
- Drive new ARR growth through a consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales process.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region, with a view to expand across Europe.
- Coach and guide the sales team while staying hands-on in strategic deals (player-coach role).
- Implement scalable playbooks, processes, and sales standards for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer journeys and impactful outcomes.
- Establish a strong performance culture and support the onboarding and development of new team members.
What You Bring
- 5 - 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, particularly with decision-makers in Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to both sell and mentor others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build, iterate, and scale a sales organization.
- Structured, data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Fluent (C1+) in German and English, written and spoken.
