We are looking for an experienced Head of Corporate Treasury (m/f/d) on behalf of our client tesa SE, a leading global manufacturer of adhesive solutions and innovative technologies. In this key leadership position, you will play a vital role in safeguarding tesa’s liquidity and financial resilience by overseeing all group treasury operations.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead the corporate treasury function for the tesa Group, including managing a small team of specialists
• Ensure efficient management of liquidity, cash flow, and working capital across global entities
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Group’s funding strategy (internal and external financing)
• Manage relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions; negotiate credit lines and facilities
• Design and execute FX and interest rate risk management strategies, including hedging policies
• Oversee treasury policies, compliance, governance, and reporting to senior management and auditors
• Support M&A, investment, and divestment projects with treasury expertise
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in treasury processes
• Advise the CFO and senior management on capital structure, financial markets, and cash optimization

Erfahrungen

• 7–10 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, finance, or corporate banking within a multinational industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in liquidity and risk management at group level
• In-depth knowledge of treasury instruments, financial markets, and banking relations
• Experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Reval, GTreasury)
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on mentality and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across departments and cultures
• Fluent in German and English (both required)
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA/CFA/ACT is a plus
