For you as Head of Finance & Accounting (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

• Establishment and contribution to the entire finance department of the German entity, as well as responsibility for the operational separation to ensure a smooth transition to the new organization
  • Establishment and management of the Finance & Accounting team
  • Implementation of relevant processes and structures
• Orchestration of IT migration in SAP ERP FICO
• Responsibility for all core financial functions of treasury (cash management, liquidity), accounting (AP, AR, BtR), taxes, transfer pricing, credit management, pensions
• Management and monitoring of the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and cooperation with external service providers
• Close coordination with the ENI CFO and relevant stakeholders
