Your tasks
  • You are responsible for financial management and strategic planning
  • You lead the controlling team and ensure its further development
  • You will develop and implement controlling strategies to support the company's goals
  • You create cases, analyses, plans and reports for management
  • You take care of operational and strategic controlling, including budgeting and forecasting
  • You are the point of contact for stakeholders such as department heads, managing directors and the works council when it comes to controlling issues
  • You are responsible for managing cost and optimization projects to increase efficiency
  • You maintain active communication with customers and other stakeholders to promote cooperation
Your profile
  • You have a degree in business administration, logistics, controlling or finance
  • You have extensive controlling experience from the operational process level to the balance sheet (IFRS and HGB) in a dynamic environment
  • You have already gained professional experience in group structures as well as in project and logistics management
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach to your work, are interested in and understand the operational business and are used to analyzing and designing processes
  • You live commitment, have standing and assertiveness, while at the same time showing great diplomatic skills and reconciling different interests
  • Very good IT skills in the areas of MS Office and databases make your work possible
  • You have strong language skills in German and English
  • Your trademarks are a high level of initiative, a future-oriented creative drive and strong communication skills independent of hierarchy, combined with a consistently team-oriented way of working
