A dynamic agricultural technology startup in Berlin seeks a Sales / GTM Lead accountable for maximizing ARR and driving growth. As a core part of the leadership team, you'll structure and execute the go-to-market strategy, coach sales teams, and directly report to the CEO. As the Sales / GTM Lead at hexafarms, your mission is clear : maximizing our ARR. You’ll be a core driver of our next growth stage (towards Series A and beyond), working directly with the CEO and leadership team to build, refine, and scale our sales motion.
