Description

Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. As the Growth Manager, you'll drive key initiatives that shape our trajectory and will allow us to deliver on our ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond.

You will play a critical role in ensuring we are maximising the acquisition and conversion of our customers: from defining product features, driving strategic bets (like new sales channels), to taking strategic pricing and category management decisions to maximize revenue and profitability, leveraging market insights and advanced data analysis.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, blending strategy, operations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign management: You design our promotion strategy, from planning, to implementation, experimentation and analysis of results to maximize ROI.
  • Pricing strategy: You help define our pricing strategy, make informed pricing decisions based on market trends, customer behavior and competitive analysis.
  • Category management: You further develop our approach to category management and use targeted strategies to achieve additional growth.
  • Customer journey: You define the north star for our customer journey, identify improvement opportunities, prioritise and implement in order to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Sales channels: You identify, plan and experiment new growth channels and avenues for us to maximise revenues
  • Cross-team collaboration: You work closely with our sales, operations and marketing teams and support them with data-based recommendations for strategic decisions.
What we’re looking for
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science
  • 3+ years in consulting, pricing, operations, revenue/category management, data analytics or investment banking
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions, with SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it fast)
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful strategies
  • Proficient in English and, preferably, in German too
