About the Role

This position provides important administrative and secretarial support to the Governance, Compliance, and Risk team. The role involves managing filing and archiving processes, maintaining statutory registers, assisting with the execution of legal documents, and coordinating with notaries for document legalisation. You will also support the department with routine operational tasks, such as creating purchase orders for invoices, and take on additional responsibilities as needed to help the wider team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the team with a range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including maintaining organised filing and archiving systems and ensuring statutory registers are kept accurate and up‑to‑date.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating the execution of legal documents, including preparing signing packs for Adobe/DocuSign.
  • Liaise with notaries for legalisation of documents.
  • Process and manage department invoices using Dynamics 365.
  • Undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy the needs of the role.
Qualifications and experience
  • Previous experience working in a company secretarial or corporate governance environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, and broader Microsoft 365 suite—able to hit the ground running with minimal guidance.
  • Experience with coordinating document execution workflows, including preparing packs for Adobe Sign / DocuSign.
  • Comfortable managing filing systems, entity information, and general corporate administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable with filing systems and entity management tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable, and able to pick things up quickly.
  • Legal background (e.g. LLB).
  • Experience: 3‑5 years.
