Experienced and strategic Global Product Marketing with 3-4+ years in product marketing, or business development, ideally within the Power semiconductor sector.

This leadership role acts on EMEA Region for IGBT & SiC MOSFET and WW for the SiC Industrial segment as Commercial interface with Regional Marketing and Sales to support and maintain Customer Engagement & Relationship for both OEM&DIS. Promotes and manages the implementation of the product strategy by customer & segment.

Provides service to assigned customers & sales organizations. Guarantees Customer prioritization, support for contract negotiations.

KPI’s: Price Roadmap & Guidance Incl Prisma Mngmt, STDM% analysis, Budget contribution and consolidation, Top Line, Market Share & Profitability Maximization

Design-wins at End Customers both for direct customers and distribution is key in defining go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated proposals, driving demand generation, and shaping product and solutions that resonate within Sourcing & Purchasing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with strong marketing and business instincts. Must have proven track record of influencing product direction, market adoption, and revenue growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the global product marketing for EMEA Auto & Industrial IGBT & SiC products
  • Define and lead the global product marketing strategy for Industrial products with major focus on High Density Power Supplies (i.e. AI, Server/Datacenters)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to technical marketing, on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights for industrial and define the attack plan and strategy by region
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities through product positioning, new application segments, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Business Development Funnel analysis vs 3/5YP developed with Biz Lines (Funnel on 3Y/5Y mostly new Tech.)
  • Contribute with high-impact to business related content, including:
    • Customer Engagement
    • Product Strategy alignment with Biz Lines & Product Mktg
    • Product portfolio harmonization
    • Product Portfolio gap identification and development (i.e. Auto to Industrial)
    • Interfaces with division departments regarding product performance, availability, quality and ideas for new products in cooperation with Biz LInes
    • Interacts with customers regarding product quality and engages Product Eng & Q&A.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging on Frcst Analysis (in intimacy with DP)
  • Build and maintain launch playbooks, including positioning, key messaging, and field enablement plans.
Sales & Field Enablement
  • Delivers trainings to Regional Marketing, Sales, and distribution partners.
  • Supports the creation of Marketing sales tools: fighting guidesand Cross refrences
  • Supports Top customers engagements and key design-in opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in product marketing, or business development, ideally within the Power semiconductor sector.
  • Understanding of system-level design
  • Strong ability to communicate commercially product concepts, selling points and product values to multiple audiences (engineering, sourcing & purchasing).
  • Solid capability in creating and developing teamworking
  • Proven success in contributing Top Line, Market Share & Profitability maximization.
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
