Your role

We’re looking for a freelance performance marketing operator who can take full ownership of our paid acquisition funnel — especially on Meta, and ideally with Google Ads and light SEO as support.

You will:

  • Own Meta ad campaign creation, scaling, and optimization

  • Structure and execute Google Ads campaigns (search, remarketing, display)

  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, copy, CTAs, forms and landing pages

  • Live and breathe metrics like CPL, CTR, LSR, CAC, and ROAS

  • Advise on creative formats and hooks based on data — we have design resources ready to execute

This is a data-driven growth role, not a branding one.

Your profile

You are a growth hacker with strong performance roots, obsessed with conversions and algorithms.

You likely have:

  • 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing in DTC, health, or high-CAC verticals

  • Mastery of Meta ads (IG/FB) and Google Ads — you’ve scaled campaigns across markets

  • An analytical brain: you think in experiments, patterns, and funnels

  • A strategic eye for ad psychology: you know why people click, and why they don’t

  • Bonus: Experience in out-of-pocket healthcare, medical tourism, or fertility

You don’t need hand-holding. You move fast, ask sharp questions, and care about ROI.
