About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within the automation and robotics industry ?

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Administrator to support daily finance, accounting, and controlling activities in an international environment.

Based in Balingen , this hybrid role combines hands-on accounting work with administrative coordination between the local office, international headquarters, and external financial partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and analyse financial data to support reporting and compliance activities
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with headquarters and external service providers for accounting and tax matters
  • Manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or controlling , ideally within the manufacturing, automation, or robotics sector
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel ; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and team-oriented approach to workVery good command of English (German language skills are an advantage
