Are you an experienced international business developer looking to join a global, well-established company? We are seeking an Export Business Development to drive growth across international markets within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in international markets, both with existing and new customers.
  • Design and implement annual strategies for export business development.
  • Analyze assortments, estimate volumes, and assess profitability for each client.
  • Monitor KPIs: sales, margins, and P&L, applying price adjustments and cost control.
  • Prepare reports combining BI data and market feedback.
  • Negotiate and hold meetings with international customers to review business and explore growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to resolve issues and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in similar roles, preferably in Petcare or other FMCG categories.
  • Proven experience managing Private Label and Brand strategies with a synergic approach.
  • Independent, proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to manage international client relationships.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and North Africa.
