What you’ll build
Join SAP’s Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) as part of the Global Field Compliance Office (GFCO) and contribute to shaping SAP’s global culture of ethics and integrity.
In this role, you will help drive strategic initiatives, program excellence, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen SAP’s compliance culture worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with the Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO) on initiatives that enhance ethical leadership, policy governance, and learning across the organization.

The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) upholds SAP’s commitment to conducting business ethically and responsibly, with a mission to Win the Right Way. Reporting to both the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board, OEC advances SAP’s business objectives by fostering a culture of integrity and minimizing legal and ethical risks.
Within OEC, the Global Field Compliance Office (GFCO) is a key pillar, leading the implementation of SAP’s global compliance prevention measures. GFCO consists of a worldwide network of Field Compliance Officers and the Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO). Together, these teams manage SAP’s Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, global compliance policies and procedures, learning initiatives, and ethical leadership programs – while providing actionable compliance guidance across all business units.
