Executive Assistant – Global Asset Manager

We are pleased to introduce you to our partner, a global and prestigious Asset Management Company . They are currently seeking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in order to support their organic growth on the market.

Your Responsibilities
  • General office management tasks including ordering supplies (and keeping track of stock in the offices). This includes making sure there is paper or ink for the printer for example, there is stock of coffee, beverages and snacks and so on.
  • Translate certain documents from English to French or vice versa.
  • Coordinate meetings and obtain the necessary signatures internally, making sure the meeting rooms are prepared but also to organise travel arrangements for instance.
  • Prepare expense reports, assist in organising events for the companies (e.g. team buildings) and coordinate with the teams of the Luxembourg office and abroad if needed.
Profile and Career Path
  • In terms of experience, you have acquired at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Executive or Administrative Assistant) in Luxembourg, ideally in an investment company, Big Four, PFS or similar.
  • Fluency in English and French is an absolute prerequisite. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
  • You have strong organizational skills allowing you to switch between tasks and to define which priorities to take on first.
  • You would describe yourself as proactive and do not hesitate to share your ideas or initiatives within the team, to ensure a smooth daily organization for example.
