Your mission

At VÆRIDION, we are pioneering the future of sustainable regional aviation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant (all genders) to support our CEO in all day-to-day matters, from scheduling and coordination to hands‑on logistical support. You will be the organizational backbone of the CEO office. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high‑level meetings, and ensure the CEO’s time is used efficiently.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Independently manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and business trips.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication in both German and English.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information and documents with absolute discretion and maintaining structured records.
  • Organize travel itineraries, company events, and logistics, including occasional driving or transport support for the CEO.
  • Proactively anticipate needs, solve challenges before they arise, and enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Oversee smooth daily operations within the CEO Office with exceptional attention to detail and structure.
Your profile
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high‑responsibility support role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills and clear attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Tech‑savvy, with experience using modern productivity tools (MS Office, Slack, etc.).
  • Professional presence, discretion, and reliability.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive or accompany the CEO as needed.
  • Hands‑on mindset, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment.
