Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in business, business administration, or IT.

You Have Excellent Knowledge Of

• Configuring Microsoft 365 products (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Best practice configuration of Microsoft 365 products
• Installing and configuring server and client systems (Windows/Linux)
• Administering Microsoft Active Directory

You have excellent German and English skills.

You work independently and are organized.

You have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills.

You are a team player.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You manage and maintain the group's Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• You are responsible for configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
• You manage and ensure security and compliance functions in collaboration with IT Security Services.
• You migrate on-premises systems to Microsoft 365.
• You are responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• You support IT incidents and develop solutions to optimize IT infrastructure in the cloud and on-premises.
