Job Description:

We are looking for a (Senior) Business Analyst - (Logistics, Service) to join the Service product line on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Our Service Product line is responsible for all customer support-related products, including our in-house agent-facing tools for customer issue resolution, our self-service engine, and our global compensation application. Within the Product line, you will be responsible for the performance of our products and work closely with our product, analytics, and data science teams, as well as different entities across the globe, to optimize them and maximize their value (both cost and top-line).

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges to make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants worldwide. Each enhancement will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations and support expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to improving customer retention and resolving post-delivery issues, focusing on optimizing self-service experiences.
  • Running analyses on customer behavior, product usage, and issue resolution patterns to identify opportunities to increase retention, improve experience, and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborating with product managers, analytics teams, and data scientists to design and evaluate A/B tests and build actionable insights.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to retention and post-delivery, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Supporting regional and local teams with targeted insights, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Identifying and communicating areas for product and process improvements, contributing to prioritization discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Contributing to regular reporting and insights for stakeholders and leadership, highlighting impact and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (excluding internships) in a consulting or tech company, in functions like product operations, user retention, pricing, or revenue management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, social sciences, or psychology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Self-driven, communicative, independent, and pragmatic in handling business challenges.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to shape product and business strategy in a high-stakes environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau or Looker Studio) and strong SQL skills.
