Role Overview

As part of the global commercial and marketing team, the Senior Global Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with local marketing teams worldwide. The role involves providing centrally developed ceiling marketing initiatives and content, balancing global consistency with local relevance to engage diverse target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate global marketing initiatives for local partner market integration and identify synergies.
2. Define and manage KPIs for local activities, developing processes and tools for knowledge transfer, competitor analysis, and marketing planning.
3. Enhance and maintain Knauf's image as a leading ceiling solutions provider through local marketing communications aligned with global brand positioning.
4. Contribute to omnichannel communication strategies across PR, social media, web, exhibitions, and performance marketing.
5. Adapt and support strategies for marketing activities and sales initiatives, including new product launches.
6. Advocate for ceiling-specific content within global marketing plans where ceilings are part of the portfolio.
7. Lead global lead generation campaigns across markets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience in international matrix organizations, with a proven record in global-to-local marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management skills and experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on, strategic, and results-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Additional Details

This position is based in Munich, with travel as needed. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer Partner Markets.
