Qualifikationen

The Role - EHS Consultant (Berlin based)

Passionate people for sustainable software

Our mission is to connect, engage, and inspire all EHSQ and ESG stakeholders. We aim to provide clarity and guidance in occupational safety, environmental, quality, and sustainability management through digital solutions.

Your Tasks

1. Delivery of the Quentic software for our customers
2. Development of concepts for customer-specific use cases
3. Preparation of requirements analyses for adapting our software modules to customer needs
4. Planning and implementation of data imports and software interfaces in close cooperation with our in-house technicians
5. Planning, implementation, and follow-up of user trainings and workshops
6. Project management from scenario definition to implementation and documentation
7. Contributing to special in-house projects

Your Qualifications

1. Technical, social science, or economics degree or equivalent; further education in EHS and/or ESG is desirable
2. Professional experience in EHS and/or ESG is desirable
3. Experience in implementing software projects is desirable
4. Very good comprehension skills, affinity for software solutions, openness, and enthusiasm
5. Independent, structured work style with a strong sense of responsibility
6. Strong service mentality, sociability, communication, and presentation skills
7. Mobility and willingness to travel occasionally
8. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
