Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing our planning and controlling instruments as well as reporting. Your tasks include:

• Organizing order management and billing
• Creating reports, analyzing key figures, and evaluating plan-actual deviations
• Being the contact person for (project) controlling and supporting strategic projects from a financial perspective
• Participating in monthly and annual financial statements and accounting
• Designing monthly bookkeeping according to commercial and tax regulations

You have a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., tax clerk) or a degree in business administration, economics, or business sciences with a focus on controlling. The following requirements will facilitate your entry:

• Experience with controlling, financial accounting, and project management software
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with a passion for numbers, statistics, and controlling tools
• Enjoy working with Excel/Spreadsheets and maintaining overview with large amounts of information
• Good understanding of economic contexts
• Communicative, independent working style, and structured approach to new challenges
• Willingness to work at least 2 days a week on-site despite our remote-first approach
