What you’ll do :
  1. Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  2. Renew and expand existing customer accounts to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
  3. Leverage industry trends to understand customer pain points and customize solutions accordingly.
  4. Conduct effective meetings with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, positioning yourself as a leader in this space.
  5. Collaborate with our product team to gather feedback on trends and identify opportunities to add value for customers.
What we value :
  1. At least 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in startups or early-stage companies, with industry experience being highly preferred.
  2. A consultative, solution- and value-based approach to closing new business.
  3. Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and communication at the C-level.
  4. Excellent research skills to gain in-depth knowledge of a client's business, structure, and processes.
  5. A proven track record of success in enterprise sales with consistent overachievement.
  6. A proactive, creative, flexible, and forward-looking mindset.
  7. Experience with corporate training products/services is advantageous.
  8. Proficiency in Italian (written and verbal).
