Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager (m / f / d)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Design and implement compensation processes and tools (merit, short-term and long-term incentives, sales incentives, benefits) for all employees, with a focus on our top levels.
  2. Participate in compensation surveys and prepare salary bands and benefits policies based on market practices.
  3. Manage annual salary increases and bonuses for our top levels.
  4. Assist with personnel-related approval requests for Board decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
  1. Successful completion of business administration studies, ideally with an HR focus.
  2. 4-5 years of operational experience in compensation within an international environment.
  3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  4. Basic understanding of labor law, compensation topics, and operational contract and compensation management.
  5. Conceptual and execution-oriented skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills at all levels, with high cultural sensitivity.
  7. Open-minded, team player, adaptable, results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
