YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement compensation processes and tools (merit, short-term and long-term incentives, sales incentives, benefits) for all employees, with a focus on our top levels.
- Participate in compensation surveys and prepare salary bands and benefits policies based on market practices.
- Manage annual salary increases and bonuses for our top levels.
- Assist with personnel-related approval requests for Board decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful completion of business administration studies, ideally with an HR focus.
- 4-5 years of operational experience in compensation within an international environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of labor law, compensation topics, and operational contract and compensation management.
- Conceptual and execution-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with high cultural sensitivity.
- Open-minded, team player, adaptable, results-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude.
