We are looking for a multifaceted Solutions Consultant with experience in the Medical Device, Life Sciences, and/or Pharmaceutical industry. The Solutions Consultant is responsible for proactively consulting, mentoring, and encouraging adoption of our products and services to a portfolio of automotive customers, ensuring achievement of sustained value from Jama Software. In this position, you will be a domain expert in Jama's products and offerings, specifically our Medical Device solutions.

You will be working with your manager, our Director of Solutions and Consulting, to achieve the goals of this vertical. You will also partner with Solution Consultants and Solutions Architects across the Medical Device & Life Sciences vertical.

What You’ll Do :

1. Become a subject matter expert in Jama’s products and offerings, specifically our Medical Device solutions.
2. Proactively lead multiple customer engagements; work directly with clients on how to align their process and Jama Connect to relevant system engineering methodologies.
3. Lead client working sessions to drive both process and technology decisions for how Jama Connect solutions will meet the clients' requirements and verification processes.
4. Deliver onsite and remote training of the Jama Connect solution to onboard new users.
5. Document and share best practice articles and enablement assets to scale our delivery maturity.
6. Identify and seek resolution of barriers that could inhibit end-user adoption.
7. Assist Solution Lead in enhancing our industry solution offerings.
8. Work with Solution Lead and vertical sales leadership to drive industry business strategy.
9. Find and engage with engineering leaders responsible for process outcomes and help drive performance improvement through Jama Software’s products and solutions.
10. Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring :

1. Highly motivated and self-directed to own a large portfolio of customer engagements.
2. Knowledge of system engineering and general complex product development process activities, including requirements, testing, and risk management.
3. Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, project organization, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to seek out and build positive relationships with people at various levels and departments.
5. 3-5 years of direct experience with requirements, testing, and digital engineering methodologies in the Medical Device industry.
6. Experience with product development launch or on-market support in a quality-regulated industry.
7. Experience managing the deployment of SaaS software solutions to end users, with a focus on managing adoption milestones and identifying expansion opportunities.

Nice to Have :

1. Previous experience operating as a Systems Engineer, Requirements Manager, Development Engineer (HW/SW), Process Engineer, or Quality Assurance.
2. Familiarity with Medical Device Regulations (US FDA, EU MDR/IVDR) and industry standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, including Quality Management Systems).
3. Experience facilitating process and quality maturity level evaluations for customers.
4. Direct experience implementing Jama Connect within their organization.
5. Multilingual proficiency (German or French preferred).
