Your Challenge

As Teamlead HR&IT, you will be responsible for leading and developing our People & Culture team as well as our Office IT team. You can choose your workplace: at our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or a hybrid setup.

What to Expect
  • Lead a 3-person People & Culture team both technically and disciplinarily.
  • Disciplinary leadership of a 2-person Office IT team.
  • In close coordination with management, oversee strategic HR initiatives and advance our new work approaches.
  • Develop and refine core processes and policies covering administrative tasks, personnel planning, development, control, retention, and performance management.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all HR-related processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Advise managers and leadership on employment law and HR matters.
  • Coordinate with the Group recruiting team to ensure effective hiring.
  • Manage budgets within your areas.

  • Extensive experience in a generalist HR role with leadership responsibilities.
