LikeMind is working with a Microsoft Gold Partner that has ambitious plans to grow fivefold over the coming years, expanding into the US and UK markets after a successful decade in Germany. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving this growth by helping the business enter new industry sectors, build strategic client relationships, and deliver high-impact ERP solutions that demonstrate the full value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities include :

1. Partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and design scalable ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Leading end-to-end implementations, from discovery and scoping through to deployment and post-go-live support.
3. Conducting in-depth process analysis to identify areas for optimisation and digital transformation.
4. Customising and configuring Business Central to match each client’s unique operational requirements.
5. Running workshops and stakeholder meetings to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
6. Mentoring junior consultants and acting as a go-to expert for internal and client teams.
7. Overseeing system testing and UAT to ensure reliable, high-quality deployments.
8. Collaborating with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.
9. Keeping up with the latest Microsoft updates and advising clients on new features and enhancements.
10. Building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for their ongoing ERP strategy.

What They're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Background in IT consulting or industry experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Food production, and/or retail, with a desire to move into consulting.
• A structured and self-driven approach, with a mindset for creative problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.
