Package : €60,000 – €80,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits

Your Responsibilities
  • Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM – from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support
  • Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 CRM / CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needs
  • Translate business processes into system solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation
  • Assist in developing and extending solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to complement Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Act as the main point of contact for users, providing training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance to encourage adoption
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
Your Profile
  • 2-4 years of D365 CRM / CE experience
  • Strong knowledge of at least one CRM module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing)
  • Practical experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) is a strong plus
  • Ability to understand business requirements, document processes, and configure CRM solutions accordingly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing mindset
