TASKS
- Training to take on the responsibility for packaging grades for a defined customer portfolio in Eastern Europe or Asia
- Acting as an interface between suppliers, customers, and business partners
- Negotiating and concluding purchase and sales contracts with suppliers and customers
- Identifying new sourcing opportunities as well as acquiring new customers
- Professional leadership of a directly assigned Sales Manager
- Further development of new and existing business relationships through regular business trips to customers and suppliers
- Participation in major industry trade fairs to expand the business network and identify new opportunities
PROFILE
- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Experience in physical commodity trading, ideally on an international level
- Strong closing orientation and perseverance in pursuing business opportunitiesHigh willingness to build and maintain business relationships
- Ability to manage different sourcing markets and mentalities
- Solution-oriented working style and strong motivation for personal development
- Strong team player with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Openness to an international working environment and enjoyment of collaborating in multicultural teams
- Very good English and Mandarin, or Russian skills (at least C1 level), German is a plus
