The Role
As the Global Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Consult Lead, you’ll develop consult‑led propositions to grow the DWS go‑to‑market, shape transformational business outcomes for customers leveraging the full breadth of digital workplace technologies. You’ll drive consult‑led growth across the digital workplace stack, help clients transform their employee experience, drive value from AI, and deliver a connected experience across all technology aspects.
What You’ll Do
- Develop consult‑led propositions to drive new business across key hyperscaler partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google and ServiceNow.
- Work collaboratively across the business to position DWS as the front‑door for AI and agentic‑powered business transformation.
- Develop joint GTM initiatives with hyperscaler partners at the global level and within specific priority markets.
- Drive sales and technical enablement of DWS consult‑led propositions, including managed services and cross‑practice opportunities.
- Provide solution leadership and thought leadership during key client engagements.
- Partner with Kyndryl alliances to execute strategic GTM activities programmatically and at scale.
- Contribute to the Kyndryl point of view for the Future of Work, powered by the DWS Connected Experience.
- Model best practice use and adoption of Digital Workplace technologies such as Copilot, AI and agentic across the organization.
- Lead with industry or function‑specific GTM narratives that resonate with clients, focusing on problems and business outcomes.
- Own growth targets for sales and revenue associated with the DWS Consult business and manage enablement activities to meet them.
- Support the identification of short, medium and long‑term skills needed to scale the DWS consult business, and develop strategies to reskill, hire or develop talent.
- Build brand presence and recognition as the leading partner for delivery.
- Mentor and inspire new Microsoft AI Workforce experts.

Must‑have Capabilities
- 8+ years experience in technology consulting, workplace transformation or IT services, with a focus on advisory and managed services.
- Experience operating in a global role within a matrixed organization.
- Strong expertise in workplace modernization technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and connectors for other enterprise systems.
- Experience delivering and launching joint GTM initiatives with hyperscalers; deep Microsoft experience preferred.
- Background in consultative selling focused on DWS maturity, strategy and vision, and experience in “land and expand” consulting and managed service opportunities.
- 5+ years partnering with Microsoft on joint GTM activities and understanding of initiatives such as incentives, ECIF, fast‑track and PDOC.
- Experience collaborating with alternate hyperscaler partners such as ServiceNow, Google, AWS, etc.; knowledge of DWS‑specific technology partners is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to link technology strategies to financial, operational and business outcomes.
- Ability to partner with global sales and account teams to drive consulting‑led revenue for DWS and related practices.
- Experience working in a highly‑matrixed organization at a large regional or global level.
