• Manage and optimize paid social and search campaigns, especially within Google Ads

• Build effective keyword sets, bidding approaches, and budget proposals

• Expand your skills across the Google marketing ecosystem (Search, Mobile, YouTube)

• Analyze campaign metrics, detect trends, and deliver clear KPI-driven insights

• Continuously adjust and enhance campaign structures to improve ROI and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• German C2 level (written & spoken)

• Intermediate English

• At least 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Google Ads preferred)

• Strong understanding of performance KPIs in digital marketing

• Proficiency with Excel (data analysis, reporting, formulas)

• Detail-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented

• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a digital agency or with international customer portfolios

• Knowledge of YouTube Ads, mobile advertising, and keyword strategy

• Background in the tech, media, or streaming industry is an advantage
